Plastering

Plastering : Plastering on walls consisted of two coats of plaster. One is base coat, which is applied thicker, than the finishing coat. The finishing coat consists of a thin smooth coat of plaster.

On ceilings two thin coats of finishing plaster is normally applied to the ceiling..

In both this cases this is normal. However in some cases a different technique may be required due to the structure of the walls.

All plaster finishes can be painted, wallpaper applied  or vinyl when the plaster has dried out completely as long as the plaster has been treated with a paint sealer.

Mouldings

As with coving, mouldings can enhance and sophisticate any room and can be made up in any shape or form to match or copy any original pattern. Ask us about making a plaster mould for your old or damaged molding.
